The Pleasant Valley Schoolhouse was located 3.5 miles south of Maroa on Route 51 in Macon County, Illinois. The school was open from c. 1881-1934. It became part of the Maroa-Forsyth Unit District in 1947, and the buildings and land were sold at auction. The buildings were later torn down, and the land returned to farm ground.
